Overview

World Robot Olympiad 2015 (WRO) and Qatar National Robot Olympiad 2015 (NRO) brought together over 3,000 international participants from 55 countries, establishing one of the largest global STEM events hosted in Qatar. Held at Al Shaqab Indoor Arena, Printec Solutions delivered a fully integrated execution covering event design, branding, production, fabrication, logistics, and live operations. The project included complete venue transformation, large-scale branding, custom exhibition builds, AV production, and complex logistics coordination within a tight timeline. Despite the scale and challenges, the event was successfully executed with seamless brand consistency and operational efficiency, reinforcing Printec’s capability to deliver world-class international events.
